The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is accountable to the Director of Health Services and plays a crucial role in overseeing care personnel to meet patient requirements while ensuring the quality of care provided.
As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing patient care and training care staff. You will conduct nursing evaluations and provide oversight for care delivery, recognize clinical patterns, implement necessary corrective measures, ensure the precise administration of medications prescribed by physicians, and adhere to RN Delegation protocols.
The RN is expected to facilitate the seamless operation of daily activities and support the office's routine functions, consistently delivering high-quality service to patients while effectively managing, scheduling, and directing care personnel along with addressing the medical needs of the patients.
Important Information Regarding Paid Time Off:
Employees are entitled to 2 floating holidays and 7 company-designated holidays annually. Following the completion of a 90-day introductory period, you will qualify for 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO). Additionally, after one year of successful employment, you will be eligible for a total of 15 days of PTO each year. Please note that PTO does not carry over and will expire at the end of each calendar year.
