Job Summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Field Engineer Intern. As a Field Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in marine construction and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects
  • Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement project plans
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support project decision-making
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, or Coastal) or Construction Management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
