About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production needs by ensuring our machines are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance efficiency
Requirements
  • 4-year degree, certification, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a trained area in manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge of machine shop operations and the use of machine shop tools and equipment
  • Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
