C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is an industry leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply in the United States.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategist, Workforce Development to join our team. As a key member of our corporate learning department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing workforce that supports our organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Training, preferably in a large organization.

You will oversee and lead talent management strategies, designing, implementing and managing programs and practices in alignment with our strategic business and Human Resources plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Business Leaders and various Human Resources stakeholders on succession and performance management strategies.
  • Leading all aspects of the leadership competency model and skills strategies.
  • Managing and continuously improving performance appraisal systems.
  • Leading succession planning for the organization.
  • Fostering a positive work environment and culture that promotes engagement and retention.
  • Designing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy to cultivate a culture of belonging.

In this role, you will also:

  • Establish and utilize metrics, analytics and tracking mechanisms to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to manage organizational change, ensuring that talent practices evolve in response to shifts in the business environment.

This position requires a strong vendor and project management skills, experience building and implementing large-scale learning systems and HR projects, superior verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with Workday preferred.

The salary range for this position is $150,700-$199,580 per year.
