Groundskeeper Professional

Fairway Lawns, a leading provider of lawn care services, is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper Professional to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a Groundskeeper Professional, you will be responsible for providing unmatched customer service, making recommendations for continuous improvement in customers' lawn care needs, and identifying solutions for common and complex lawn care issues.

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of environmentally responsible lawn care treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

This role pays $20.50-$23 per hour, including average monthly bonus and quarterly team bonus. Experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, or general laborer is a plus, but not required. We will teach motivated individuals the skills they need to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers in a professional manner about their service.
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement in customers' lawn care needs.
• Identify solutions for common and complex lawn care issues and play an active role in implementing those solutions.
• Use environmentally responsible lawn care products and follow proper application guidelines.
• Drive an assigned route using a company vehicle.
