  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.

Acting General Manager Role

In the absence of the General Manager, assume the role and responsibilities of acting GM, ensuring continuity of operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
