We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team at Rockwood Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing training and education as needed.
Responsibilities- Prioritize and delegate patient care tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Engage critical thinking skills to make informed decisions regarding patient care, utilizing relevant standards, resources, and data
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to drive quality improvement, patient experience, and cost reduction initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
- Current BLS Certification required
- Certification in relevant clinical specialty desirable
- Two years of general duty RN experience required
