About the Role


As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models that power our product offerings. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, collaborating closely with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions. Your work will involve researching new methodologies, optimizing existing models, and ensuring the robustness and reliability of our machine learning systems in production. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into practical, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities
Oversee and contribute to the entire ML lifecycle for our core products
Coordinate development efforts with other ML / Data Scientists on the team
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on the team
Tackle issues autonomously with technical review from other team members
Lead efforts to develop and continuously improve our ML models/infrastructure
Ensure robust deployment and monitoring of models using best practices
Requirements
6+ years in machine learning, with a focus on computer vision and deep learning.
Experience in the full ML lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring, with a focus on MLOps practices.
Experience working with model types/architectures, including image segmentation models
Expertise in pruning, quantization, and model optimization
Experience leading ML development projects
Strong experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
Proficiency with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, or Google Vertex AI
Proven ability to design and scale ML systems in production
