Job Summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our team as Counseling Therapists in Cleveland, OH. As a member of our team, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing your expertise and skills to promote emotional well-being and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation groups
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $105,400 per annum, based on licensure, experience, and productivity. In addition to our attractive compensation package, we provide:
