Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Carpenter to join our team. As a Master Carpenter, you will be responsible for manufacturing windows, doors, stairs, furniture, kitchens, and other wood products. You will also supervise the training of apprentices and perform various interior finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture high-quality wood products, including windows, doors, stairs, furniture, and kitchens
  • Supervise and train apprentices to ensure they meet the company's standards
  • Perform various interior finishing work, including CNC operation
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a master carpenter training program
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • CNC knowledge is an asset, but not required
