Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team at Hoss Steak and Seafood. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Have knowledge of all menu items and drinks, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Seat guests and ensure their tables are clean and well-set.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Properly and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages, checking IDs as necessary.
  • Clean and stock server stations, pre-bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed.
  • Assist in any area as needed, working as a team member with all dining room staff and personnel.
  • Comply with and maintain Hoss Steak and Seafood's safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Perform any task assigned by supervisor, including knowledge of the POS system and wrapping silverware.
