Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team at Surgery Partners, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone Triage: Identify and evaluate patient needs through telephone assessments, providing timely and effective care.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, including injections, and document patient information as required.
  • Patient Education: Recognize and address patient education needs, providing clear and concise instruction to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information in the medical record, adhering to nursing policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating Patient Flow: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow, maintaining the integrity of the physician's office.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
  • Licensure: Hold an active state license.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR Certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PreOp ophthalmology experience.
