Assembly Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Parallel Employment. This is a full-time position on 1st shift, with a competitive salary of $16.50 per hour.

About the Role:

  • This is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • You will be responsible for assembling small parts and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Reading blueprints and assembly instructions, and performing quality checks on finished products are essential tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
  2. Able to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
  3. Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  4. Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
