Position Overview
As a vital member of our healthcare team at Assured and Associates, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting residents with their daily living activities, including turning, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and weight as assigned.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of all care provided, adhering to company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Measuring temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Delivering care in accordance with each resident's personalized care plan.
- Observing residents and reporting any changes in their condition, demeanor, appetite, or behavior to the team leader.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A High School Diploma.
- State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Current CPR Certification.
- First Aid Certification.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
