Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in repairing and maintaining refrigeration equipment, including cleaning, installing, and repairing systems.
  • Oversee maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and supervise technicians for high performance and safety.
  • Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs and manage refrigeration associates, including hiring and training.
  • Implement quality improvement processes and provide timely reports on safety and production while ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements:
  • Trade school diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of refrigeration equipment experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven maintenance and repair experience
  • Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient with hand and shop tools for maintenance and repair
  • Physical ability to lift 20 lbs.
Shifts Available:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
