Position Overview

TravelNurseSource is collaborating with Amare Medical Network to seek a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel assignment.


Compensation Details

Weekly Salary: $2,286


Role Responsibilities

Operating Room Nurses are tasked with the planning, execution, direction, and assessment of both direct and indirect nursing care provided to surgical patients. Their responsibilities encompass:

  • Preoperative assessment
  • Intra-operative support
  • Postoperative evaluation

Operating Room Nurses may serve in various capacities, including scrub and circulating roles, or may alternate between both.

  • BLS Certification
  • Color Vision Mandatory Examination
  • Core Mandatory Training Part I
  • Core Mandatory Training Part II (Nursing)
  • Core Mandatory Training Part III
  • Operating Room RN Certification
  • Medication Error Prevention Training
  • RN Pharmacology Knowledge
  • Valid RN State License
