About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Jr. Financial Advisor. This role involves communicating with consumers, preparing and participating in new client meetings, conducting meeting follow-ups, and developing marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include interviewing prospective clients, explaining features of investments and insurance products, delivering policies, and preparing comprehensive financial plan recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with consumers to initiate prospective relationships and foster existing client relationships
  • Prepare and participate in new client meetings and conduct meeting follow-ups
  • Network to generate and build a prospective client list
  • Develop and execute additional prospecting and marketing strategies
  • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs

Requirements:
This role requires prior experience working in the financial advisory industry, a high school diploma, and a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in finance or a similar field. Active state-specific life insurance licenses and Series 65/66 certifications are preferred. We also value strong communication skills, a client-first mentality, and a process-driven approach.

Compensation:
