Create a relaxed destination where our guests can unwind with a cocktail, light fare, and retail therapy. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and positive environment, ensuring an outstanding culinary and retail experience for our guests.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Foster cleanliness and sanitizing of tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
  • Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized, practicing proper operation of the dish machine
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant skills, including food/equipment/kitchenware/tableware storage and rotation, proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
