Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Youth Development Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) services to youth and families in their homes, schools, or communities
  • Assist with developing and implementing daily living skills and daily routines to improve self-management of psychiatric symptoms
  • Support the development of social and interpersonal skills to increase community tenure and enhance personal relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or the Executive Director

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
  • Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Environment:
