At Engineering For Kids, we're passionate about providing hands-on, project-based learning experiences that inspire children to build a strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). As a STEM Coach, you'll play a vital role in delivering our comprehensive programs, designed to meet and exceed national standards in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach our engaging STEM programs to children aged 4-8th grade
  • Manage day-to-day operations of classes, including inventory control and assistant teacher supervision
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and students, creating a fun and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate student progress and challenges to the Program Manager
  • Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching our curriculum
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 8:00-4:00 Mon-Fri throughout the summer
  • High energy and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and dependability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an educator, trainer, or in a related field
  • Pursuing a degree in education or engineering
Compensation:

$535.00 - $575.00 per week
