About the Role:

Omega Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Psychologist to lead our psychosomatic rehabilitation team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans for patients with complex psychosomatic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the psychosomatic rehabilitation team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
• Clinical Expertise: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with psychosomatic conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team, promoting professional growth and development.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including medicine, nursing, and allied health, to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, team performance, and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Approval in Psychological Psychotherapy and relevant experience in psychosomatic rehabilitation.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
