Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Resident to join our Neuroscience Unit. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a comprehensive residency program to develop your nursing skills and knowledge.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Establish and prioritize patient care plans based on individual needs and resource availability.
- Respond to patient safety risks and take corrective action to prevent harm.
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
