Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Clearman's Restaurants. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and sanitize dining area tables, chairs, and floors
  • Carry trays of glassware, flatware, and other items from the dining area to the kitchen
  • Stock and maintain service stations, including menus, condiments, and supplies
  • Roll silverware and other items as needed
  • Assist servers and other staff members as needed to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
