Job Summary

This role will be working jointly with the project team representing GE Vernova towards the customer and be the Subject Matter Expert for the developer team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the development backlog is prioritized and stacked in the optimal order for developers to be as effective as possible.
  • Anchoring decisions and scope with Product Owner/Client.
  • Understanding implications and pre-requisites from other suppliers, deliveries, and stakeholders.
  • Transforming high-level integration requirements and user stories into development concrete tasks.
  • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the developers.
  • In-depth understanding of integration patterns and best-practices within enterprise integration.
  • Being identified as a trusted advisor seen from the client's perspective.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy utility domain.
  • Experience working as a delivery/solution architect in complex integration projects.
  • Experience using REST, Soap, file/batch integration styles and OpenAPI, Swagger, AsyncAPI to specify APIs.
  • Good understanding of JSON, XML and similar formats.
  • Background as a developer and ability to communicate efficiently with both developers and other project roles such as project managers, SMEs, architects.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops.

  • Technical project management skills are desirable, but not a requirement.
  • Structured, analytical and ability to handle large workloads.
