Job Title: CDL Class B Driver

At Clean Harbors, we are seeking a highly skilled CDL Class B Driver to join our team in Lima, OH. As a CDL Class B Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of hazardous waste from generators to Clean Harbors facilities and outside disposal facilities, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) and hazardous waste regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe transportation of hazardous waste, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Operate vacuum trucks and other equipment to transport waste, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including daily reports and vehicle inspections.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL Class B license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial trucking, preferably in hazardous waste transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
