LifeVest Trainer

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Patient Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for training patients on the use of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory management: manage equipment and garment inventory
2. Scheduling: contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
3. Availability: available, willing, and able to conduct evening and weekend activities
4. Travel: willing to travel to patient's homes for fittings or follow-up visits
5. Disclosure: disclose their family relationship with any potential referral source
6. Equipment programming: program equipment according to the prescribing physician's orders
7. Measurement: measure the patient and determine correct garment size
8. Training: train the patient and other caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
9. Documentation: fax the signed copy of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment

Requirements:

• At least one year of patient care experience, preferably in a professional setting
• Patient experience must be documented on resume
• Background check: willing to have a background check completed
• Level 2 screening: Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• NPI number: disclose personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Driver's license: have a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Vendor credentials: willing to pay for additional training and vendor credentials (i.e. DME/RepTrax), fees not paid by ZOLL
