Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide full-time services to students in the San Jose area. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest level of care for students.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license and experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
