Radiology Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Radiology Tech with Sigma Healthcare staffing, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations. This role requires the operation of equipment, maintenance of related records, and collaboration with physicians. If you have an Associate's degree in radiologic technology and are certified and licensed through IEMA and ARRT, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations
Operate and maintain equipment within the modality
Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices
Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology
Assist physicians with procedures
Report equipment malfunctions and maintain related records

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent in radiologic technology
Certification and licensure through IEMA and ARRT
