Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Supervisor.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial projects valued between $50 million and $100 million.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping Systems, including equipment, materials, and installation practices.
  • Exceptional ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and scheduling skills to effectively coordinate subcontractor activities. Proficiency in computer applications is essential, with experience in Procore preferred. Familiarity with Clean Room and Semiconductor projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping installations for a significant Aerospace Manufacturing and Assembly Facility project. This includes daily oversight, quality assurance, and quality control of subcontractor work, along with scheduling and integration with other trades according to project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control assessments of Mechanical installations, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping.
  • Prepare and review schedules and reports for installations, including the start-up and commissioning of equipment.
