Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services for students with diverse needs. The OT will work collaboratively with educators and families to support students in achieving their academic and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in school settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, other professionals, and families to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to student goal-setting and progress monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in California.
  • Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
