Human Resources Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Morenci, Arizona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in recruitment, file maintenance, and special projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in tracking and reporting HR metrics, targets, and goals
• Administering and maintaining HR databases and providing statistical reports
• Supporting recruitment efforts and tracking candidates
• Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance
• Participating in special projects and contributing to HR initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Success Factors or Taleo, is a plus
