Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to support our skilled nursing needs at Capitol Lakes, a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community in downtown Madison. The successful candidate will provide nursing assessments, patient care, and address medical and emotional needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Address medical and emotional needs of residents

Requirements:
  • Valid and current RN/LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
  • New grads welcome
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
