We're seeking a talented Retail and Event Marketing Promoter to join our team at Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country.

This part-time flexible role is perfect for those who value work-life balance and want to earn a competitive income. As a Retail and Event Marketing Promoter, you'll work on-site at our premier partner locations, engaging with prospective customers, and booking appointments for a no-cost consultation with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.

We'll provide you with comprehensive training and a proven marketing methodology to ensure your success. You'll also have the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 weekly in commission, in addition to your base pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in-store and book appointments for consultations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commission earnings
Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and weekdays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
