Key Responsibilities
  • Support Development & Construction Managers in defining project goals and methodologies.
  • Manage updates to construction timelines and assess administrative needs.
  • Promptly notify supervisors of any alterations in the construction schedule, collaborating closely with all parties to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  • Oversee project management systems and scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and specifications for quality assurance and control.
  • Administer segments of the comprehensive project lifecycle, including budgets, timelines, project updates, plans, trade partners, and monitor the achievement of key objectives.
  • Document and communicate project advancements to stakeholders, prepare agendas and minutes for review by Development & Construction managers, and distribute accordingly.
  • Assist with contracts and subcontracts, including completing templates for agreements and modifications, and support the Contracts Coordinator with vendor contracts.
  • Facilitate collaboration across the entire project among Project Managers, designers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Execute minor projects in support of larger initiatives, including tenant improvements and routine capital renovations.
  • Develop and implement various tracking tools as necessary.
  • Assist in the completion of project closeout documentation and review processes.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Education:
  • High School Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field - Preferred
Work Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration or coordination - Preferred
Skills:
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft applications, with a willingness to learn additional tools
  • Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AIA, DocuSign, and more
Benefits
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year
  • Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
