About the Position

This full-time position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within our MSS Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial screenings, providing comprehensive clinical assessments, developing intervention plans, and offering transition services for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and determine eligibility for services.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans based on client assessment results.
  • Provide brief treatment towards the care plan.
  • Offer transition services for long-term counseling/treatment and infant case management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and current certification as a counselor or chemical dependency counselor.
  • At least two years of experience working with underserved populations, including those with limited English proficiency, homelessness, and migrant workers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based screening tools and ability to use them effectively.
