Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and Review of U.S. Income Tax Provisions:

o Guarantee the precise and timely preparation of monthly and annual U.S. income tax provisions in line with GAAP, including the management of deferred tax assets and liabilities.

Oversight of Income Tax Installments:

o Supervise and validate the calculation of all income tax installments to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Cash Flow Management and Refund Processes:

o Leverage annual budgets and financial forecasts to optimize cash payments and facilitate refunds when applicable.

Coordination of Compliance Activities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or MST designation preferred
