Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payer Contracting Specialist to join our team at Specialty Dental Brands.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong contract implementation and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue cycle, contract administration, and payer rules compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all contract-related details, ensuring timely and accurate communication with insurance companies.
  • Develop calendars of key contract dates, utilizing appropriate tools to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in the review of contract language, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and administer payer contracts within established parameters.
  • Maintain payer-specific problem lists and research payer issues for resolution.
  • Support revenue cycle and clinical areas by analyzing payer data and communicating with payers as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years of revenue cycle experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Extensive understanding of payer rules and denial management
