• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food selections to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff members.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Complete daily tasks and production charts as directed by your supervisor.

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.

• Apprentice for Certification preferred.
• Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and execute recipes.
