Resort Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Dismal River Club, a premier golf resort in the Sand Hills of Nebraska. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our members and guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with colleagues and guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of culinary experience preferred, preferably in the golf industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude and professional manner.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $16-18, plus one meal provided per shift. You will also receive unlimited golf privileges with supervisor permission. Limited, reduced-fee on-site employee housing is available.
