Position: Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $27-30 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Position Summary:

  • We are in search of a proficient Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in modifying programs on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and diagnosing electrical systems. This role is essential for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical apparatus and systems within our industrial environment to guarantee efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in PLC programming modifications, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems including motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
  • Skilled in utilizing diagnostic instruments.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance practices.
  • Proactive approach to project initiation.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify and enhance programs on PLCs for optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on PLC systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery.
  • Implement corrective measures to reduce downtime.
  • Employ diagnostic tools to pinpoint and resolve electrical issues.
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.

  • Install and commission new electrical equipment.
