**About the Role:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avamere Olympic Rehabilitation of Sequim. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct routine checks to ensure residents' personal care needs are met in accordance with their wishes
* Review patient care plans daily to determine if changes have been made and communicate necessary resident information to charge nurses and administrators
* Inform nurse supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions and update care plans accordingly
* Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and social programs, and transportation to appointments
* Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
* Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
**Requirements:**
* 10th grade education or above
* Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in this state
