We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse IV Therapy to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families, incorporating cultural and diversity principles into practice.
- Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Respect patients' values, preferences, and needs, utilizing holistic data collection and evaluation processes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Current licensure and registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and physical, mental, and emotional illness, as well as end-of-life conditions and death. Moderate stress and risk of injury from patient care are also possible.
