The Department of Family & Community Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a dedicated faculty member to contribute to the development of behavioral health components of our residency program.
We are looking for an individual with expertise in medical education, social determinants of health, professionalism, wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The ideal candidate should possess advanced individual and group counseling skills and have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Family Medicine residents or medical students.
In this role, you will work alongside our team of over 100 providers to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our department. We offer a competitive salary of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, as well as a generous benefits package including malpractice insurance, health insurance, and CME reimbursements.
