We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Infusion RN. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive patient care and support to individuals with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide nursing interventions, pump refills, and dose adjustments as needed
  • Deliver patient education and support to promote healthy lifestyle choices and informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Requirements
  • 3+ years of RN experience with a focus on home health or infusion nursing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • CPR certification and ability to maintain licensure in multiple states
