Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all plant Quality Systems and develop, implement, and track objectives and processes to ensure all metrics are met
  • Provide quality characteristics throughout process and product development to ensure all customers' expectations are met
  • Define, plan, direct, analyze, and report statistical analysis and capability of product/process features
  • Mentor, train, and supervise all quality personnel with a focus on Safety and Continuous Improvement
  • Reduce cost of quality focused on zero-based tolerance
  • Represent the company with external customers in quality-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in Operations Excellence with specific knowledge and experience in all Quality functions, lean manufacturing, and skilled in six sigma methodology
  • Demonstrated successes within a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Demonstrated skills in aerospace quality management systems and standards - AS9100
