About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the surgical oncology/neuro unit during designated shifts. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to established policies/procedures.

This is a full-time night shift position on our 36-bed state-of-the-art unit providing specialized care to post-surgical neuro and oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
