Position Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Tig & Mig Welder on the first shift, working 4-10 hour days.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficient in setting up and operating Tig and Mig welding equipment
  • Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
  • Experience in inspecting and performing quality checks on completed work
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects, including up to 80 lbs.
  • Positive attitude with a strong motivation to collaborate in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong time management skills to work efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Prepare workstations for daily production tasks
  • Operate various tools, including welding and pneumatic equipment
  • Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Transport materials to and from workstations and departments as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Work overtime as necessary
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
