Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to become part of our team at Harmony Home Health. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized care plans for patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

On-Call Requirements
Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and patient care skills
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is mandatory
