Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at ServiceNet, providing exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in our residential programs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for participants, ensuring optimal health and well-being.
  • Institute appropriate follow-up and communicate medical issues to physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers.
  • Document all nursing interventions and changes in participant records.
  • Maintain current medication and treatment orders, noting side effects and adverse reactions.
  • Assist in training staff on personal care, positioning, feeding, and use of supportive devices.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments and Day Programs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College Degree or Certificate preferred.
  • Valid MA Nursing License.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
Benefits

ServiceNet offers a competitive salary range of $68,640-$79,040, based on experience and education. Additional benefits include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous time-off package, comprehensive health and dental insurance, 403(B) retirement plan, and long-term disability benefits.
