We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio.
• Present our concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness program.
• Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
• Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to existing and prospective clients, meeting sales targets and contributing to the studio's growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
